Online Return/Exchange Policy

At ISINGTEC, we are committed to offering a premium experience centered on comfort, quality, and peace of mind. We understand that choosing the right product is an important part of your wellness journey. If your purchase is not the perfect fit, we are pleased to assist with returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Karaoke Products

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, with the exception of Bose products, which are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges are permitted only for items of greater value. Customers are responsible for paying the price difference, along with any applicable shipping charges.

Mattresses

Returns and exchanges are accepted for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Exchanges are permitted only for items of greater value. Customers are responsible for paying the price difference, along with any applicable shipping charges.

Massage Chairs

Returns and exchanges are accepted for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Exchanges are permitted only for items of greater value. Customers are responsible for paying the price difference.

All massage chair returns must be approved in advance through a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by ISINGTEC. Customers are responsible for shipping charges in both directions for all massage chair returns and exchanges.

2. Conditions for All Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, the following conditions apply to all eligible returns and exchanges:

  • Any promotional, complimentary, or bundled items included with the original purchase must also be returned.
  • Delivery and setup fees are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Returns with missing parts, accessories, or instruction manuals may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price.
  • The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and provided it meets the requirements of this policy, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for approved refunds to be processed after inspection.

If the original receipt is not available, any approved refund will be issued as store credit only.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Bose products
  • Open-box items, which are final sale and non-refundable
  • Furniture and sofas, which are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
  • Any item that does not meet the return conditions outlined above
  • Any massage chair returned without prior RMA authorization
  • Any item returned with excessive damage, missing essential components, or signs of misuse

5. Additional Terms

ISINGTEC reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

For massage chair returns, an approved RMA must be obtained prior to returning the item.
